TherapistSites is a software-as-a-service platform that providestherapists with AI-generated professional websites, hosting, search engine optimization, lead-capturing chatbots, SMS notifications, CRM tools, and related services. The Service is designed to help therapists establish an online presence and generate leads for their business.

3. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TherapistSites is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Payment Terms

  • The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as described below.
  • One-time purchases (such as add-ons or premium features) are charged at the time of purchase.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Contact us at support@therapist-sites.com to request a refund.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect current billing cycles.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Send unsolicited messages, spam, or bulk communications through the platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or related systems.
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users' use of the Service.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or licensing status.

6. Intellectual Property

  • TherapistSites owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its software, design, templates, branding, and documentation.
  • You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service, including text, images, logos, and business information ("Your Content").
  • By using the Service, you grant TherapistSites a limited license to host, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Demo Sites

  • Demo sites are preview websites generated to showcase whatTherapistSites can build for your business.
  • Demo sites may be modified, updated, or removed at any time atTherapistSites's discretion.
  • Demo sites are not guaranteed to remain available and should not be relied upon as a permanent web presence.
  • Upon purchasing a paid plan, your demo site becomes your live website and is subject to these Terms.

8. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.
  • TherapistSites may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data permanently.
  • Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay outstanding fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TherapistSites and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to TherapistSitesin the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
